John has become the go-to tenant-rep lawyer on the West Coast by negotiating millions of square feet of office leases during the last few years alone, particularly on behalf of one of the highest valued private companies in the U.S. and a fast-growing publicly held “tech” company. John and his team have become known for their ability to get favorable results for their tenant clients in a landlord-friendly market without jeopardizing deals.

John also maintains a niche practice in the area of high-end residential acquisitions and dispositions in and around Greater Los Angeles, with a concentration in Beverly Hills.
